Where can the toys be bought?

The toys are available for purchase through the online store, e-mail, Facebook or Instagram. For now, there is no physical store, but if you are in Zagreb and want to come and see the products in person, it is possible to arrange an appointment to come to the company.

Where and how can products be returned or replaced?

Products can be returned within 14 days without any obligation. Contact us by email (info@kistra.hr) or by phone (0917698160) to inform us about the return. The full amount of the order will be paid to your bank account within 14 days of receipt of your cancellation notice, in the event that we have received the goods or confirmation that the goods have been returned. The cost of delivery of product returns is covered by the Buyer, and if you are from Zagreb, you can make a refund by coming to our company, with prior notice. Products can be ordered through the online store, email, Facebook or Instagram.

In the store, the desired products are selected and then added to the cart by pressing “add to cart”. After selecting the product, the shopping cart is accessed by clicking on the shopping cart icon in the upper right corner of the screen. Follow the steps for entering data and selecting a payment method. The order was received after pressing the “Order” button.

The products are intended mainly for children older than the age of three. The description of each product indicates the age for which they are intended.

The materials used vary depending on the product. The composition of each product is indicated in the specifications.

How can the toys be cleaned?

For washing, follow the instructions for each particular toy. All toys can be cleaned superficially and by soaking.

What if the product gets damaged?

In case the product is damaged and you want to repair it, contact us to estimate the price of the repair if it’s possible, or you can return it to us and get a discount on your next purchase in Kištra. Toys with minor damages will be repaired and donated to children’s homes, and we will disassemble the completely worn-out ones and sew blankets for animal shelters from the material scraps.
