The director and main creative person of Kištra, inventor of Gumbeki and other imaginative creations, Lea is a graduate designer who, through college and creative collaborations, gained experience with which she embarked on a terrifying, but exciting adventure of running her own company. She sees Kištra as a continuation of a Zagreb and family tradition of handmade toys and colorful creations. Although she loves people very much, she finds his zen in the company of dogs, cats and all kinds of animals.
